Step One:

Start with a clean slate. Have a section of the fridge dedicated to drinks. Add lemon slices to a glass pitcher with water and ice to take it into the “happy” zone.

Add an area rug in front of the sink.  It will catch drips but will help show off your personality.

Step Four:

Choose your favourite bowl and complete with some fresh and colourful fruit.  Its a great snack but also adds to the freshness of a kitchen.

Step Five:

Peruse your local stores or look online for colourful and artful accessories and cookware. Inject them onto your kitchen count or table or walls. Look for vintage items as well. They are economical and unique and will also show off your personality.
